Dr. Kim is the lead presenter and content creator for all of the workshops, groups and trainings offered at Life Begins Here TCS. She is a mental health and holistic wellness guru not only due to her having over a decade and a half of experience as a licensed mental health therapist but she also incorporates the methods she teaches into her own personal life practices. She has practical, theoretical and personal experience in motherhood, marriage, anxiety/ depression and in holistic (mind, body, spirit) wellness practices.
